The Holiday Season is always a dangerous time for weight conscious folks. It’s easy to over-indulge with so many fantastically “sinful” choices available during the Christmas season. Delicious food and tantalizing treats are the focus of most gatherings and parties around the holidays, so it is important that we remember to make smart food choices. And that is almost always easier said than done when you see some of the decadent food choices made available, made with love, by your friends and family.
In most cases, the majority of party goers aren’t concerned with watching their weight, so they are less likely to prepare healthier versions of their best recipes. Then it is up to us to stick with our diet or to watch what we eat as the food choices are always so tempting!
