My whole life I have battled with my weight. I guess that it runs in the family. Both of my parents were overweight as well. I learned from them how to eat. All of those bad habits in engrained in my brain, and I knew that I was going to have a very difficult time breaking them.

My first thought was that I would need to start with something very simple . I tried product after product, only to give up after two weeks because I did not have the self-control that I needed to be successful. A lot of the diets were confusing and had strange food restrictions that were difficult to follow.
